Bonnie Haines of Fallbrook, California knows how to get your deal done right!  Bonnie began as a real estate agent in 1987 and has since gained the education and skills to serve clients as a broker.  Today, Bonnie has been trained as a relocation specialist, foreclosure, and short sales specialist and has been awarded a Staging Certificate and the Green Designation, which allows her to help clients who own and build homes that are both healthy and environmentally friendly.  Bonnie graduated from Douglass College of Rutgers University, earning her B.A. degree plus graduate credits in both business and communications.  In addition to having the experience and education necessary to benefit her clients, Bonnie also has a lot of energy that she puts to work in the customer’s behalf.

Bonnie previously worked as a television news anchor and reporter and was shocked to see how people were taken advantage of by poor business practices.  She took what she saw from that job to heart and swore that when she became a real estate agent she would make a difference by providing “full disclosure” and putting her clients’ needs first.  Bonnie truly enjoys showing property and working with her clients to get them the best price for the home that they are selling and helping her clients get the home of their dreams.  Bonnie is an excellent listener who puts herself into her clients’ shoes and views the process from their point of view, working to do what is best for her clients’ interests and needs.  Bonnie’s motto is “The foundation of my success is putting your needs first”.  Bonnie is a great negotiator and uses all the resources and technology available to give her clients the information they need.  It is a great pleasure for Bonnie to have clients be satisfied with the process of buying or selling their home and become friends in the process.  Bonnie is dedicated to keeping up with changing regulations and types of loans available to keep her clients well informed.  She suggests that first-time homebuyers should not venture into the market place without working with a knowledgeable and experienced REALTOR®.
